Designing custom uniforms shouldn't be complicated. At Kaven Sports, we've streamlined the process so you can focus on your team while we handle the design and manufacturing. Here's exactly how it works:
Step 1: Start a Free Quote
Tell us about your team—the sport, the number of athletes, the type of uniform or apparel you need. Click "Get a Free Quote" on any product page, or start with a sport-specific survey. There's no obligation, no upfront cost, and no hidden fees. Our design team uses this information to understand your vision and your budget.
What you provide:
- Sport and team name
- Number of athletes/items needed
- Basic color and style preferences
- Any logo or branding files you have
- Timeline requirements
Timeline: 1–2 business days for a response
Step 2: Unlimited Design Mockups
Once we receive your information, our design team creates a custom mockup of your uniforms. And here's the thing: you get unlimited free design revisions. Don't like the stripe placement? Change it. Want to try different colors? No problem. Want to see five different logo options? Done.
We'll keep designing and refining until you're completely happy. There's no revision limit, no "design fee," no "additional mockup charge." We only move forward when you say you're ready.
What happens:

Timeline: Typically 3–5 business days per round of revisions (faster with simpler designs)
Step 3: Finalize & Approve Order
Once your design is perfect, we provide a formal quote with total pricing, fabric options, sizing info, and delivery timeline. You review, make any final changes, and approve. At this point, we place your order into production.

Step 4: Production & Delivery
Our San Diego-based manufacturing facility springs into action. We cut, dye, print (full sublimation), sew, and quality-check every single item. Because we don't have minimum order requirements, we treat a 5-piece order with the same care and precision as a 500-piece order.
Most orders are completed and shipped within 1–3 weeks. We'll send you updates on production status and tracking information once your uniforms ship.
